Mohammed was only satisfied by savagery and blood but what actually caught my attention more than the act of killing and mutilation itself is more how satisfactory it was for Mohammed, and not only for Mohammed, what the texts said in Arabic is (shefaa Al Sedoor) which means Allah satisfied the hearts of Muslims by this act of savagery.
After a bit more research I discovered that Allah himself finds killing and blood satisfactory for believers. That could be found in Souret el Tauba 14.
Fight them! Allah will mutilate them at your hands, and He will lay them low and give you victory over them, and He will heal the breasts of folk who are believers.
Interpretation of Al tabari and Ibn katheer explains the entire case as a fight between Mohammed and a group of people called Bani Bakr.
Mohammed said that their death will heal his chest.
